There are a number of Web-based services and applications that demonstrate the foundations of the Web 2.0 concept, and they are already being used to a certain extent in education. These include blogs, wikis and multimedia sharing services, content syndication, podcasting and content tagging services.Another is the Web 2.0 technologies such as Open data through API's and web services, RSS, Ajax and Web Standards (DOM Scripting, XHTML, CSS).
